In September 2023, SEHADA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dhwani Foundation, Bangalore, for support in organizational development. As per the MOU, Dhwani Foundation will support SEHADA for a period of 28 months under the Niranthara Classic Programme.
During this 28-month period, Dhwani Foundation will assist in strengthening the organization across eight key modules: Compliance, Finance, Governance, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Technology, Marketing and Fundraising, Leadership and Strategy, and Programme Planning.
Through these eight modules, Dhwani Foundation will help build SEHADA’s capacity across 205 parameters, enhancing the organization’s overall effectiveness and sustainability.
