Integrated community development

SEHADA is implementing a community development program in 15 villages of Kirmira block, focusing on convergence with different government departments to leverage resources and expertise. As a non-budgeted activity, the program aims to

Objectives:

  • Enhance community access to government services and schemes.
  • Foster collaboration and convergence among government departments.
  • Support holistic community development and improve quality of life.

Key Activities:

  • Convergence Meetings: Organize meetings with government departments to discuss community needs and potential interventions.
  • Village-Level Planning: Facilitate village-level planning and prioritization of community needs.
  • Linkages with Government Schemes: Link communities to relevant government schemes and services.
  • Capacity Building: Build capacity of community members and local leaders to access and utilize government services
